By accessing or using BrozKey Careers ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

BrozKey Careers is a hiring platform that provides:

• Job posting and application management
• Candidate assessment tools (including Colored Brain assessment)
• Interview scheduling with calendar integration
• Candidate evaluation and scoring systems
• Public leaderboard and success stories (with consent)

3. User Accounts

Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information in your application
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Collect or store personal data about other users without consent
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

5. Application Process

Accuracy of Information

You certify that all information provided in your job application is true and accurate. Providing false information may result in disqualification or termination of employment.

Assessments

By completing assessments (IQ tests, MBTI, Colored Brain), you agree that results may be used to evaluate your candidacy. Assessment results are confidential and used solely for hiring purposes.

Interviews

By scheduling an interview, you authorize us to create calendar events and, for virtual interviews, generate meeting links. You agree to attend scheduled interviews or provide reasonable notice of cancellation.

6. Leaderboard and Public Information

With your consent, your anonymized progress may be displayed on our public leaderboard. If hired, you may be featured in our success stories. You can opt out of public visibility at any time in your settings.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BrozKey and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit (resume, portfolio, etc.), but grant us a license to use such content for hiring purposes.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party services including:

• Google (authentication and calendar)
• External assessment providers (brght.org, 16personalities.com)

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

We do not guarantee employment outcomes. Using our Service does not guarantee you will receive a job offer.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BROZKEY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
